Easily Get the Perfect Sharp Edge: Lock the tool in a vice or hold it firmly in your hand. Move the whetstone in a circular motion along the entire cut edge. Use the course side on blunt tools and move to finer grain. Alternatively, go straight to the finer grain in order to maintain a well serviced blade. The shape of our sharpener helps keep your fingers away from the blade as well as provides short dual grit edges to facilitate sharpening different types of blades.
